Single Vineyard Scarce Earth Shiraz 2009 - 96 points "Deep, dense purple; you tend to approach wines with such dark, brooding colour with care in case the tannins do an Aunty Jack on you; no such problems here, for while the wine is profound in every way, it is not extractive, nor too tannic; the well of licorice, plum, blackberry and spice is immense. Drink to 2040." James Halliday
'The Rascal' Shiraz 2009 - 94 points
'The Rascal' Shiraz 2008 - 93 points
"Deep purple-crimson; that familiar and comforting union of plum, blackberry and dark chocolate on the bouquet and palate alike is what McLaren Vale should be about, except in crazy vintages like '08; 18 months in French oak is the bow on the parcel. Drink to 2029."
'Jekyll & Hyde' Shiraz Viognier 2009 - 92 points
'The Villain' Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 - 92 points
'The Mongrel' Sangiovese 2010 - 91 points
