At Hugh Hamilton Wines, we take great pride in producing wines of the highest quality. If you're not 100% satisfied with any of our wines, we'll happily replace it.
Simply call 08 8323 8689 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one year (365 days) of your purchase and we'll organise the rest.
Terms & Conditions
This applies to all of our wines and applies to the wine's quality. We will replace any wine within one year if it is not 100% satisfactory. In order to send your replacement, please ensure you can provide:
- The name and vintage of the wine
- Approximate purchase time (just the approximate year and month)
If there is any remaining wine, we will organise for it to be returned to the winery.
If you are a Black Sheep Club member, your replacement will be either be included in your next Black Sheep Club wine delivery or sent out separately to ensure no delays.
If you are not a Black Sheep Club member, we will organise the wine to be returned and a replacement to be sent to the customer once the wine has been returned.

My wine arrived damaged. Help!
Call on 08 8323 8689 or email us at email@example.com with details of what was damaged and we'll organise a full or part replacement free of charge.
I received the wrong wine. What can I do?
Unfortunately, from time to time mistakes happen. If you believe we've sent you the wrong wine, please get in contact with us as soon as possble. We will fix any errors by organsing the return of your delivery and sending out a replacement.
Where do items need to be returned to?
If your wine was delivered via courier, we will organise pickup of anything you wish to return.
If your wine was delivered via Australia Post, you can return your wine via our replied paid address:

Do I have to pay the shipping for returns?
There is no charge to return products if you have been sent the wrong wine, your wine was damaged or if you're unsatisfied with your wine, but the original shipping rates, if charged, will not be refunded. If you would like to return your wine because you have changed your mind, there may be a shipping charge for the return.
How will I receive my refund or credit for returns?
Once your wine has arrived back at the winery, we will notify you and process your refund.
